Natalie Semon is an Arizona native who loves to run, swim, and cycle.
Natalie founded CMSM in 2002, and enjoys working with people of
all ages and ability levels. As a certified strength and conditioning
specialist, she is adept at helping people train for specific sports
or return to specific activities after injuring themselves.
Before founding CMSM, Natalie worked as an Orthopedic Specialist
for Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. During her
six-year tenure at St. Joe’s, she created the Spine Program
at the Barrow Neurological Institute. Natalie has experience working
with athletes at the professional, collegiate, and high school levels.
Natalie achieved her bachelor’s degree in nutrition from
the University of Arizona, and graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s
College with a master’s degree in physical therapy in 1995.
